Cette politique s'applique à tous les cours payants achetés sur la plateforme Big Data Academy (www.bigdataconsult.fr), à l'exception de :
- Les cours gratuits ou offerts en promotion
- Les programmes partenaires (pour lesquels des conditions de remboursement spécifiques s'appliquent)

This policy applies to all paid courses purchased on the Big Data Academy platform (www.bigdataconsult.fr), with the exception of:
- Free courses or those offered as promotions

2. Conditions Générales de Remboursement / General Refund Conditions

2.1. Délai de Rétractation
✅ 7 jours calendaires à compter de la date d'achat pour demander un remboursement, à condition que :
- Le cours n'ait pas été consulté (temps de visualisation < 5%)
- Aucun certificat ou attestation n'ait été généré

2.2. Cours Non Remboursables
❌ Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé pour :
- Les abonnements mensuels/annuels déjà activés
- Les cours pour lesquels un certificat a été délivré
- Les lots de cours vendus à prix réduit ou dans le cadre d'une promotion spéciale
- Les demandes effectuées après le délai de 7 jours

2.1. Withdrawal Period
✅ 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund, provided that:
- The course has not been accessed (viewing time < 5%)
- No certificate or attestation has been generated

2.2. Courses Not Eligible for Refund
❌ No refund will be granted for:
- Monthly/annual subscriptions that have already been activated
- Courses for which a certificate has been issued
- Bundled courses sold at a discount or as part of a special promotion
- Requests made after the 7-day period

3. Procédure de Demande de Remboursement / Refund Request Procedure

3.1. Comment Faire une Demande ?
Envoyer un email à support@bigdataconsult.fr avec :
- Objet : "Demande de remboursement - [Nom du Cours]"
- Preuve d'achat (numéro de transaction)
- Motif de la demande

Notre équipe traitera la demande sous 72 heures ouvrables.

3.2. Méthodes de Remboursement
Méthodes de remboursement :
- Mobile Money (si le paiement initial a été effectué via cette méthode)
- Virement bancaire (frais éventuels à la charge du client)
- Carte bancaire (remboursement sur le compte d'origine)

Délai de traitement : 5 à 10 jours ouvrables après approbation

- Proof of purchase (transaction number)
- Reason for the request

Our team will process the request within 72 business hours.

3.2. Refund Methods
Refund methods:

- Bank transfer (potential fees to be borne by the customer)
- Bank card (refund to the original account)

Si l'accès à un cours est impossible en raison d'un dysfonctionnement technique persistant (après vérification par notre équipe), un remboursement partiel ou total pourra être envisagé.

4.2. Erreurs de Facturation
En cas de double facturation ou de montant incorrect, un remboursement intégral sera effectué après vérification.

- Utilisation abusive ou tentative de fraude
- Demande ne respectant pas les conditions ci-dessus
- Violation des Conditions Générales d'Utilisation (partage de compte, piratage)
